Refurbishing and repairs at the facility of RENK-MAAG

In case of a need to fully refurbish or revamp a gearbox, coupling or components at our facility, we provide a full range of support with the delivery of a re-warranted unit.
 

Refurbishing, repairs or revamps usually will be executed in two steps:

• Inspection

All components in question will be precisely checked during the inspection at RENK-MAAG. Based on the results RENK-MAAG establishes the best offer regarding technical and commercial aspects. The repair manager negotiates with the customer the appropriate procedure concerning the work to be executed.

• Execution

According to the agreed procedure the refurbishing or repair will be executed at the facilities of RENK-MAAG in Winterthur. Test runs of refurbished gearboxes are conducted where ordered and verification of repair work must be certified. All activities are monitored and coordinated by the responsible repair manager.
