The RENK-MAAG Service Department supports you worldwide with the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the RENK-MAAG gearboxes and synchronous clutches. We overhaul and inspect all MAAG turbo and marine gearboxes. Small repairs will be carried out at customer’s plant site directly.

In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the gearboxes, we recommend to have regular inspections performed according to our maintenance schedule. At least every 40’000 operating hours (5 years) a 40’000 h check shall be made.

We advise to have the gearbox inspections performed by one of our service engineers with a long experience in this business.

All service engineers are certified in the established safety trainings.

In case of an emergency, we do everything in our power to support you with our professional and reliable service at the plant site as soon as possible..

After completion of the service work, our specialist will hand over the site report, which includes information about performed works, gearbox condition, next intervention to be carried out, spare parts recommendation and so on.
